SERVICES : RECRUITMENT RESEARCH
The foundation of any good search is research. And, since the pool of available talent is forever dynamic, getting the most current information about potential candidates becomes imperative. These kind of research resources are simply beyond the reach of a personal network or a search firm's database. CV Management uses a systematic, disciplined--yet sophisticated--research process that results in a rich and defined knowledge base that depicts who your perfect fit candidate is mostly likely to be, how they are most likely to be found, and by what means they are likely to be attracted to the position. Recruitment Research is often used as a major element in a Full Service Search, but is just as valuable as a stand-alone service.
Ensuring Choice
The Research strategy is ideal for clients who have a well-developed interviewing and hiring process already in place, and whose need is less for assessment and more for ensuring a good choice of candidates. For example, many clients choose Recruitment Research to identify potential candidates--the part of the hiring process that traditionally commands the most time and attention and presents the greatest challenge.
Assessing the Market
Recruitment Research is also a useful strategy for clients who are contemplating the initiation of a new role and are unsure how to contact the relevant talent pool. CV Management will discover and assess the market for you and provide relevant industry and market feedback to help shape the role.
