Unlike many recruitment firms, at CV Management our area of expertise goes beyond any one particular type of position, industry, or functional area. In fact, our specialty is better expressed through our methods than it is through the type of clients or industries that we've served. For one thing, we focus on custom fitting a search around the type of organization a client is in, thereby offering a more precise and efficient search strategy. Secondly, because of our research methodology, we successfully take on difficult searches in which the normal channels of recruitment haved failed. Finally-- although we can fulfill any position--those roles with a certain level of seniority tend to receive the greatest benefit from our resources.
Focus on the Client's Type of Organization
One of the first things we focus on is knowing your company. Understanding a given position within the context of the organization-its size, structure and governance-can significantly alter the 'what', 'where', 'how' and 'who' of your search. For example, large companies often require candidates with a far greater degree of specialization than do small and medium sized companies. Public corporations usually emphasize finance and other skill sets that private corporations don't always require. The not-for-profit sector utilizes an entirely different approach to sales and finance than do their for-profit counterparts. Start-up companies are very likely looking for a very different type of person to fulfill a position than is a subsidiary of a large company, even if they are in the same industry. Difficult Searches
Not every search we do is difficult. However, many clients come to us after they have scoured the Internet and newspapers or queried friends and family for the right candidate and have had no success. The level of experience or specialization required for critical positions is simply too rare and sophisticated for these generic means of candidate recruitment. Our custom-fit strategy, research methodology and comprehensive level of experience gives us the confidence to know that for every organization there is the right candidate.
