BIO: VERITY CRAIG

Verity’s approach is defined by her ability to interview top executives and her exceptional skill in long-term relationship building. Clients comment upon her tenacity, her continued involvement throughout the search process, and her commitment to building the right team. Verity has extended her expertise to managing large projects such as hiring for an entire new division.

Verity has over 20 years of business experience across
a diverse range of industries, with expertise in management consulting, marketing, and strategic planning for emerging and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding CV Management, Verity was a principal at Carmichael Birrell & Co., an executive search firm. She worked at Caldwell Partners as the Director of the “CEO of the Year” and “Top 40 Under 40” programs, which recognize and identify outstanding leaders within Canadian industries. Prior to that, Verity worked as a financial incentive consultant at Mariposa Communications, a senior account manager at Dietrich Puddy & Associates, and in the mergers and acquisitions area of Wood Gundy.

Verity is a strong supporter of community and charitable organizations. She is the Board Director of the Empire Club Foundation,  currently holds the office of President with Empire Club of Canada and has been an active volunteer over the past several years.

Verity holds a B.A.S. from the University of Western Ontario.
