With a solid background in recruitment operations Tracy brings energy, discipline and enthusiasm to the recruitment process. She has expertise in a broad range of recruiting environments, from executive recruitment to administrative placements in industries including the financial sector, manufacturing, real estate and healthcare.
Prior to joining CV Management as a director, Tracy worked for five years at Robert Half International, starting in Canada before being promoted to Divisional Director for one of their busier offices in the United States. Her executive search recruitment experience was developed as an Associate for a Toronto based boutique executive search firm where she provided recruitment consulting services for executive positions across North America. Most recently, she has worked as an independent recruiting consultant.
